Since passing the bar exam in 1985, Kevin has carved out a professional career that extends well beyond the mere practice of law. He actively maintains 3 separate professional licenses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Along with being a licensed attorney, he is also a real estate broker as well as a state certified general real estate appraiser.
For the past 20+ years, Kevin has been, and remains, President and Broker of Record of PRAEDIUM Real Estate Services; metropolitan Pittsburgh’s only Exclusive Buyer Agency. This company has represented buyers and tenants of residential, commercial and institutional real estate all over the 8 county Metro Pittsburgh area.
Kevin has developed multifaceted presence within the professional real estate community of Pittsburgh.
For 8 years, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Realtors® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP) – serving as it’s President in 2011. For a 3 year period, Kevin was a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR). Most recently, Kevin just concluded a 1+ year term as a member of the PAR task force which was charged with revising and updating Pennsylvania’s most predominantly utilized Agreement of Sale Form for the purchase of Residential Real Estate.
Kevin’s hands on experience that has been developed through his ownership and management of a real estate company, coupled with his continually developed expertise as a general real estate appraiser, has provided him with a unique and rich texture of knowledge. This has stood both him and his clients well in his representation of them as a lawyer.

Kevin and his wife, Diane, have been married for 22 years and reside with their 2 children in McCandless Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. He is an active volunteer in his school district and community.
